About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Roster & Operations Coordinator to join our energetic and dynamic Medical Workforce Unit at Western Health.

As a Rosters & Operations Coordinator, you will have responsibility for various functions related to the operational management and support of junior medical staff within an allocated portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
JMS and SMS recruitment, selection, credentialling, contracting and onboarding
Creation of yearly rotation and leave plans for JMS
Rostering JMS consistent with the provisions of the Victorian DiT Enterprise Agreement
Supporting organisational recruitment strategy and workforce planning
