We are looking for an RPA – UiPath Analyst to support and enhance Robotic Process Automation solutions within the HR domain. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving existing automation workflows while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support existing RPA bots, including break/fix and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot automation issues and handle exceptions
• Support launch and implementation of new RPA solutions
• Develop, test, and enhance UiPath automation workflows
• Create and maintain process documentation and end-user guides
• Work with HR teams to support automation tools and best practices
• Enhance existing automation to improve functionality and ROI
• Perform ad-hoc automation support as required
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (Mandatory)
• Exposure to programming languages and database technologies
• Experience with UAT, system testing, and bug fixing
• API integration experience is a plus
• HR process knowledge is good to have (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
