Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between departments/divisions, all levels of line and staff leadership, legal counsel and outside service providers.
Manages daily support activity for clients including the maintenance of team member information.
Participates in human resource policy and program development in partnership with senior human resource team members
Contributes to the development of organization's goals and objectives
Has frequent inter organizational and outside customer contact, Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel.
UKG - Verification of personal data and updating on need basis if any changes have occurred in the past
Work with the US HR Ops team to ensure the data of employee is accurate all time
Work on the HR assist tickets and ensure that employees queries addressed on time
Participate in audits to ensure compliance work on audit findings work with statutory compliance departments
Maintaining and sharing the required date for compliance reporting
Work with the talent acquisition team on the interns on boarding issue of letters of letter of intent and the internship offer letter completion of onboarding on joining
Work on the exit formalities and ensure that exit process completed on time and employees FFS done as per the schedule
Responsible for coordinating and administering activities in several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits and team member services Counsels team members concerning work-related problems Reviews and explains HR policies and programs to the organization assigned Assists with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives May assist in the formulation of various HR policies and procedures
Skills:
Working knowledge of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures Ability to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
Ability to work under general direction from immediate manager May plan, schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives Work is reviewed periodically for adequacy in meeting objectives
Education and experience :
Typically requires 3 + years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
