Job Description: Key responsibilities include: ● Develop and refine visually appealing front-end interfaces using UI/UX best practices, in collaboration with the Growth and web teams, with the goal of enhancing the overall user experience and driving user conversion. ● Run A/B experiments to evaluate and refine features, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement. ● Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and translate insights into actionable improvements. ● Leverage SEO expertise to implement best practices, optimize website performance, and improve search engine rankings. ● Ensure smooth transition and continuity of project development overnight with Growth and local web development teams. Qualifications ● 2+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end projects. ● Fluent in JavaScript and Ruby on Rails and experienced in working with RESTful APIs. ● Familiarity with relational databases and their integration into web applications. ● Ability to conduct A/B experiments and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. ● Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and the ability to extract actionable insights from analytics data. ● Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and performance. ● A strong background in UI/UX design to contribute to the creation of user-friendly interfaces. ● Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. ● Based in a time zone opposite to EST, enabling you to provide essential "night shift" support.
