Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Work with large-scale databases and ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Build and optimize high-traffic transaction systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Required Skills & Expertise:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) application development.
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and best practices.
• Experience handling large databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL) and optimizing database performance.
• Solid understanding of scalability, security, and high-availability architecture.
• Proven experience in critical transaction systems and high-volume applications.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
