Senior Rust Developer Job Overview:
The Senior Rust Developer will be responsible for designing and developing the company's core platform services using Rust.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and cost-effective data services that drive business value. Provide architectural and performance optimization solutions, driving fast iterations of backend systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and observability. Requirements: Expertise in Rust, with experience in building production-grade backend or systems-level applications. Solid foundation in computer science: operating systems, networking, algorithms, concurrency, and data structures. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Experience designing and developing distributed systems or microservice architectures, focusing on high availability and scalability. Familiarity with async runtimes (e.g., Tokio, async-std) and the Rust ecosystem (e.g., Actix, Axum, Serde, Cargo). Experience with performance profiling, observability, and system reliability best practices. Strong ownership mindset, with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
