Join our Maddington team as a Handover Specialist and help create unforgettable moments for our new RV owners. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you’ll ensure every handover runs smoothly, with all accessories fitted, functions checked, and admin sorted. Main Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Create a memorable handover experience, making new owners feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their RV purchase.
Share your expertise by guiding owners through every feature, ensuring they’re comfortable and ready to enjoy their investment.
Process payments efficiently for a smooth, stress-free handover.
Work closely with the sales coordinator to schedule handovers and confirm all accessories and options are fitted as promised.
Double-check invoices and contracts, guaranteeing accuracy and satisfaction.
Introduce owners to the Aftersales team, booking their first service and communicating any outstanding work for ongoing peace of mind.
Your Skills and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar automotive delivery or handover role.
A valid open driver’s licence and spotless driving record.
Exceptional presentation and people skills – you’ll be the face of the dealership on one of the most important days for our customers.
Customer service focus for both internal and external guests.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
A sharp eye for detail to ensure nothing is missed at handover.
Experience working in an RV or caravan dealership is highly regarded.
