Job Description
Help the development and implementation of Safety and Wellbeing strategy.
Work closely and help support the Senior Safety and Wellbeing Advisor.
Coach, mentor, support and upskill DC team members, Line Managers and Stakeholders on safety & wellbeing.
Provide oversight and guidance for incident and accident investigations, support the investigations process, and manage and respond to safety queries.
Deliver safety related training within the DC.
Support the management and coordination of all wellbeing & injury management.
Help foster a positive safety culture, encouraging team members to become actively engaged in safety and wellbeing activities.
Be part of the safety working group development and attend the safety working committee.
Work 2200-0630 (shift 3) Monday to Friday.
What Skills And Experience You Need
Experience in Supply Chain and/or FMCG is preferred, but not essential.
Relationship building and strategic decision-making skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Be a trusted contributor to the leadership team across all functions and influence decision-making for the best business outcomes.
A champion in all aspects of health and safety.
