We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative at TruGreen in the US to join our team. This role is vital in helping us connect with customers and grow our community presence by promoting our lawn care solutions. Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and warm calling to promote our lawn care services.
• Develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate service packages tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support marketing initiatives through effective communication strategies.
• Uphold the company's values of safety, respect, and accountability in all interactions.
• Qualifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience or interest in B2B sales or inside sales preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent command of English language skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Previous telemarketing or warm calling experience is advantageous but not required.
• A genuine interest in outdoor environments and community engagement is encouraged.
