- Previousexperience in a sales role with a SaaS company, selling toMid-market and Enterprise customers, is highlypreferred.- Strong understanding ofSurveySparrow's product, industry, and competitor landscape toprovide valuable recommendations andinsights.- Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze salesinteractions and identify areas ofimprovement.- Strong attention to detail andability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of dataand information.- Exceptional communicationskills, both written and verbal, to effectively deliver reports,recommendations, and training materials.-Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to workindependently and prioritize taskseffectively.- Familiarity with CRM systemsand sales enablement tools.- A passion fordelivering exceptional customer experiences and driving salesexcellence.
Roleand Responsibilities:TheSales Analyst - ANZ will be responsible for conductingcomprehensive audits of sales representatives' calls, emails, andCRM data to assess adherence to quality standards, salestechniques, and compliance with company policies. They will analyzeand evaluate sales interactions to identify areas of improvement,coaching needs, and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Additionally, the Sales Analyst will regularly share detailedreports and recommendations with the Sales Manager, collaboratewith the sales team to develop and implement quality improvementinitiatives and training programs, and stay up-to-date withindustry trends and competitor landscape to provide informedinsights for sales optimization.
They will also assist in creatingand maintaining sales process documentation, support the RegionalSales Manager in monitoring team performance metrics related toquality and customer satisfaction, and collaborate withcross-functional teams for continuous improvement of the salesprocess.
