Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish a strategic target list of potential key prospects across various segments.
• Devise innovative tactics and strategies to engage with target prospects, successfully scheduling discovery calls and generating qualified meetings.
• Focus on acquiring new logos and identifying new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Develop relationships and opportunities with named corporate accounts.
• Explore potential subscription opportunities within Commercial Sales by formulating effective strategies.
• Accurately record and track all activities in Salesforce and other necessary tools, keeping the Sales and Marketing Manager updated for effective team alignment and follow-up with prospects.
• Craft strategic email communications to engage with targeted prospects and corporate accounts.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and gather relevant contact information.
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development Representatives to enhance and streamline the sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed established lead and meeting quotas.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Other Responsibilities:
Fulfill any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred; however, candidates without a degree who possess at least 5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare or IT sector are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
This position requires at least 1 year of sales or sales development experience. Preferred candidates will have over 3 years of B2B sales development experience in information services, with specific exposure to:
• Prospecting healthcare and IT professionals.
• Sales of complex products/services necessitating a thorough understanding of the client's business and product functionality.
• Accurate forecasting of sales leads.
• The ability to quickly learn about a complex product line through self-initiative.
Skills and Abilities:
Required:
• Ability to qualify and develop prospect lists effectively.
• Experience making persuasive in-person and web conference presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how our products align with their needs.
• A proven track record of building relationships with high-level decision-makers to secure qualified leads.
• A successful history of consistently achieving sales development and lead quotas.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Experience using contact tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates a valid US driver's license and the ability to travel overnight up to 10% for territory management or training purposes.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is $105,800.00 - $185,450.00 USD, with eligibility for commission. Actual salary offers depend on various factors including skills, experience, and hiring location.
