Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our core team. This role is ideal for freshers who are ready to begin their professional journey in an environment. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the founders, contribute to business development strategies, and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through digital platforms.
Assist in lead generation, cold outreach, and follow-ups via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain sales databases and CRM records.
Help drive conversions and track sales targets.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Support content creation for social media posts, newsletters, and blog content.
Perform basic SEO tasks like keyword research, meta-tagging, and page optimization.
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Brainstorm creative ideas to build brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of web services and portals is a plus.

Salary: 15k-25k Per Month
