You will be responsible for setting ambitious goals devising comprehensive strategies, and executing plans to achieve both business and revenue growth. Your role will involve thorough market research, identifying new target markets, nurturing leads, and building robust relationships with potential clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve financial gains while ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with iBridge Digital's vision and mission.
• Conduct extensive research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective accounts within targeted markets.
• Lead the sales cycle, from initial lead identification to successful contract closure.
• Strategize and orchestrate business development meetings to showcase our services.
• Champion iBridge Digital's offerings, addressing and anticipating clients' objectives.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, invoices, and interactions.
• Provide post-sales support and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing customers.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven track record as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role within the digital agency industry.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales achievements and exceeding targets.
• Experience in customer support is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and collaborative demeanor.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and current industry trends.
• Exceptional ability to connect with clients, building rapport and trust.
• Effective time management and planning skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
