We are an 3 Decade old Group, Having presence in the Pharma, Metals and Chemicals. Apart from Finance and Real Estate. We are mainly dealing in Pharma - Catalyst, Hydrogenation, Custom CRO Services. Metals - Non-Ferrous Metals ( Mainly - Nickel, Aluminum, Cobalt, Copper) Precious Group Metals ( Gold Silver, Palladium, Platnium Etc.)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate at SHRADDHA IMPEX, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing activities, ensuring excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and meeting sales targets in pharma and metal segments ( 2 Roles Individual) . The role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customers, and supporting the development of business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing practices, preferably in the Chemicals, Pharma or Metal industries
• Knowledge or experience in providing training related to products or services
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and act on business opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, Bachelor's in Science would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the pharma or metal trading industry is a plus
