The Job
Our client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Engineer to join the team
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
• Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
• Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.
• Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
• Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
The Profile
Skills required:
• You have at least 1-year of experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Digital Marketing, or Inside Sales within the Industrial industry.
• You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
• You have experience within Area Sales, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
• You have experience within the Industrial & Manufacturing and Public Sectors would be a strong advantage.
• You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
• You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

The Products offered by our client are being used by both Industries and Technical Institutions. The industrial segment includes the automotive, electric vehicles, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food & package industries, and defense establishments. The technical Institutions segment includes Engineering Colleges and Universities
