Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Executive to drive our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our PCB manufacturing services, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
>Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting potential clients in the electronics and technology industries.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
>Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of PCB products to customers.
>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
>Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
>Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and generate leads.
>Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Requirements:
>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
>Basic knowledge in sales and marketing, preferably in the PCB manufacturing industry.
>Basic knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, design considerations, and industry standards.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
>Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue.
>Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
>Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
