About the role
The Payments Coordinator administers accurate end‑to‑end training payments, maintains data integrity, and supports compliance with the National Consistent Payments Framework. Reporting to the Data Integrity Manager – Payments, the role works closely with training, data, finance and external stakeholders.
As our Payments Coordinator, you'll also:
Coordinate timely end‑to‑end processing of National Consistent Payments Framework (NCPF) transactions.
Conduct audits to ensure payment accuracy, compliance, and data quality within training systems.
Work closely with data, finance, and training teams to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate placement data.
Perform system testing, support enhancements, and assist with additional project or administrative tasks as required.
Skills and experience
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to solve complex issues independently
Skilled in database and data management
Clear communication with internal stakeholders
