Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR Trainee to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to HR who are passionate about starting their career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development: Participate in various HR functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and processes.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team by helping with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Records Management: Help maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job details, and documentation.
HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
Compliance Support: Learn about HR compliance requirements and assist in ensuring company policies align with legal standards.
Project Participation: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in various HR areas.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
