Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our round bar product segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge of the Indian steel market and demonstrate a proven track record in B2B marketing and channel partner engagement. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Insights: Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, pricing, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Design and lead regional marketing campaigns (digital, print, and BTL) to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and create effective sales enablement tools�brochures, technical datasheets, presentations. Dealer & Distributor Engagement: Develop incentive schemes and training programs to strengthen dealer networks and improve product visibility at trade counters. Event Management: Manage participation in trade fairs, expos, and industry networking events such as India Steel Expo and Metal India. Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee SEO strategies, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Supervise the creation of targeted content for different customer segments. Performance Monitoring: Track marketing KPIs such as campaign ROI, lead-to-sale conversions, and dealer satisfaction. Provide monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 5�7 years of marketing experience in the steel or metal industry (round bars, TMT bars, rods, etc. highly preferred) Strong command of marketing tools like MS Office, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp Familiar with steel grades, IS standards, and customer types (fabricators, OEMs, contractors) Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, events, and client meetings Preferred Experience B2B marketing experience in steel/metal manufacturing or with steel distributors Experience with organizations such as: Champak Steel & Engg.
