Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager – Home Furnishings (Sofas & Curtains)
About the Company
We are a well established company specializing in premium sofas, curtains, and home furnishing solutions, serving both retail and project-based clients. We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager who understands the home décor industry and can drive strong revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Sales Management
Develop and execute sales strategies for sofas, curtains, upholstery fabrics, and related home furnishing products.
Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale, and project clients such as interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Forecast sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts.
Marketing & Business Development
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online + offline) to promote products.
Build brand presence through exhibitions, events, social media, and collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Create promotional strategies for new product launches (sofas, fabric collections, curtain designs, etc.).
Product Knowledge
Strong understanding of sofa construction, upholstery materials, foam types, stitching styles, and fabric grades.
Knowledge of curtain fabrics, drapery styles, tracking systems, blinds, and installation processes.
Ability to advise clients on home décor styling, color coordination, and material selection.
Key Requirements
Must have prior experience in the home furnishing industry (sofas, curtains, upholstery, furniture, décor).
Minimum 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience.
Strong network with interior designers, architects, builders, and dealers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and dealer visits.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
MBA is an added advantage.
