Meghmilan Enterprises is a fast-growing supplier and distributor of infrastructure products including HDPE pipes, DWC pipes, borewell pumps, motors, and FRP chambers.
With a strong focus on quality, customer service, and innovation, we serve contractors, builders, and government projects across South India. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B industrial marketing and the ability to execute campaigns that build trust and drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for Meghmilan's product lines (pipes, pumps, electrical items).
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, WhatsApp, email, print, and exhibitions.
• Identify new market opportunities and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, government agencies, and dealers.
• Oversee branding, catalog creation, price list updates, and promotional material design.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine messaging and pricing.
• Plan and execute events, dealer meets, and exhibitions.
• Manage website content, SEO, and lead capture tools.
• Track ROl on campaigns and present performance reports to management.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 3-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives that directly impact sales growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRMs, and
analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu/Kannada/Hindi preferred).
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.Benefits
