Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to promote and sell our web design, web development, and digital marketing services through Outreach. This role is not for Digital or inbound marketing, we already have a team for that. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for suggesting the best solution for customers, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell web design, web development, and digital marketing services
• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Understand clients' business needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that generate leads and increase sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products and services
• Attend networking events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish industry connections
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Sales/International Sales, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in web design, web/app development, or digital marketing services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
