Job Title : Businee Development Manager

Loaction : Mumbai Andheri East

CTC - upto 6 LPA

Only Mumbai candidates would be preferred

Job Responsibilities/Description (mandatory):-

• Responsible for franchise expansion all over India

• Identify and sourcing prospective new franchisees

• Sending franchisee proposal to potential investor.

• Generating lead and finalizing of new potential franchises agreement.

• Help franchisee achieve their targets by regular reviews, inputs and motivating

sales staff

• Set and achieve franchise expansion plans.

• Follow up and implement launching of new stores/outlets

• Work closely with operation department head for making annual franchise plans and their implementation.

Job specification:

• Graduate in any stream preferable with business studies

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales sector

• Knowledge about franchise business modality

• Well communication skill
• • Hindi spoken an advantage
