The role of a Sales and Marketing Specialist is pivotal in driving the growth and success of both the traditional schools and the new online platform. Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase student enrollment in both physical schools and the online ed-tech platform.
• Identify and target potential markets, including parents, students, and educational institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as parents, school administrators, and educational influencers.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve targets.
• Marketing Campaigns
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the unique value propositions of the K12 schools and the online ed-tech platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
