Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at IDA360 Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with clients who require system integration solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding the business needs of potential customers and recommending the most suitable technology solutions offered by IDA360 Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients requiring Technical Solution (Computer/Network Hardware, A/V Solutions, IT Accessories & End Points & Different SaaS Offerings) across various industries.
• Execute outbound sales activities such as calls, emails, and social selling to generate leads and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and solution presentations to understand client requirements and position our offerings effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of system integration solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the technology or system integration industry.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
