# Blue Beds Jaipur - Premium backpacker hostel, Top-ranked on TripAdvisor, Booking.com, GO-MMT, etc.
• 15,000+ Guests from around the world.
• 70% of sales generation via direct channels with 40% higher ADR than the competition.
• TOP 3 TripAdvisor for the past 5 years.
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL to manage sales and build our revenue management subsidiary.
You will be responsible for finding new properties and markets for our revenue management operations.
Furthermore, manage digital transformation & communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new Reservations/Revenue SOPs with the team to understand revenue management operations.
• Manage content creation & social media
• Lead digital transformation of the company (eg: manage web development, paid media ads, content creation & distribution etc.)
• Identify new alternate lodging properties meeting our metrics and its acquisition
• Preparing client briefs and marketing collateral
• Managing growth partnerships
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
• Follow-Up on all leads within a 6-hour response timeline.
• Lead initiatives for experiences and trips, represented digitally on company collateral to boost revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
· A driven individual who is digitally savvy (any knowledge of digital marketing will be preferred)
· Passionate about travel and hospitality
· Extrovert with exceptional communication skills
· Organized with attention to detail.
· Prior knowledge & experience in working on Channel managers and OTA extranets required
· Self-learning with a problem-solving attitude
· Eager to take responsibility
· Prior experience with email and other forms of Retention marketing.
GROWTH PATH
You would be given autonomy to build a team after the initial few months, The role will eventually lead to ESOPs + CX position with a long-term commitment
