The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce listing and cataloging, search engine optimization (SEO), small and medium enterprise (SME) marketing, graphic design, as well as proficiency in Excel and Word. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize eCommerce listings and catalogs across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, and utilize this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, such as banners, ads, social media posts, and email templates.
Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor and track sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis, to drive customer engagement and retention.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to gather insights and ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, SEO, SME marketing, graphic design, and relevant software applications.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on eCommerce listing techniques, SEO practices, and utilizing Excel and Word for marketing purposes
