Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales and Operations role that is located in Noida. The role includes executing sales activities, including generating leads, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing operational activities that include optimizing project management processes, resolving. service-related issues, and ensuring seamless operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Operations
Demonstrated experience in executing sales activities, including generating leads, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience in managing and optimizing operational activities, including project management, issue resolution, and seamless operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software,
