Sales and Operations Executive Location: London (Remote) Salary: £50,000-70,000 Are you looking to join a AI-powered marketing start-up? As S ales and Operations Executive , you can be part of something that will make a long-lasting digital impact. This role combines the best of both worlds—sales development and executive support. As the CEO’s right-hand, you’ll be at the heart of lead generation, business development, and ensure smooth daily operations. What you’ll do as Sales and Operations Executive:
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding business needs, objectives and challenges.
• Work alongside the sales team and CEO to schedule meetings and demos.
• Track and Report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth and overall engagement.
• Manage internal and external agendas and schedule events.
• Work side by side with the CEO by providing operational support. What you’ll need to join the team:
• Experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of lead qualification, outreach and engagement.
• Proficiency in Office Tools, i.e. CRM Tools, Microsoft Office and sales enablement software.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, with experience in managing agendas.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change. Benefits
