Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Executive:
• Meet clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Sell and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
• Advise clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
• Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Conduct research on destinations and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
• Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Operations Executive:
• Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements.
• Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from Air fare, Visa documentation, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary etc.
• Sell the appropriate tour package to the right client.
• Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the client.
• Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
• Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
• Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our clients
