Job Title: Technical Support & Sales Representative (Dashcams)
Location: On-site – Delhi Office
Company: TXT ELD (Canada-based)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for dashcams: installation guidance, troubleshooting, and usage training
• Contact transportation and logistics companies via phone, email, and CRM tools to identify needs and offer solutions
• Present TXT ELD’s dashcam and tracking products clearly and persuasively to potential clients
• Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring smooth product setup and integration
• Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and support tickets in the CRM
• Work closely with the Canadian team to ensure consistent service and follow-up
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with dashcam technology, competitor products, and transportation compliance requirements
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support and/or sales (preferably in electronics, IT, or telematics)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an asset
• Knowledge of dashcams, telematics, or the North American trucking industry is a strong plus
