Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the sales team in daily operations, client coordination, and documentation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and coordination.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Maintain and update customer database and records.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients.
Prepare sales reports, documents, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing.
Support in lead generation and follow-up activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales records.
Assist in closing deals and post-sales support.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of CRM software and lead management systems.
Strong follow-up skills to track leads and client responses.
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Good coordination skills with sales, marketing, and accounts teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good typing speed and documentation skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Prior experience in real estate or sales support will be an added advantage.
Flexible to work on weekends (if required for site visits/client meetings).

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
