Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales and retail distribution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing data, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, organizing sales data, and preparing reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to maintain and analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate financial reports.
• Conduct thorough research on the internet and within databases to gather relevant market and competitor information.
• Understand and apply concepts of sales margins, retail, wholesale, and distribution channels to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to identify trends, forecast sales, and recommend adjustments to improve profitability.
• Learn and execute complex, repetitive procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all goals and deadlines are met.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and goal orientation.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Ability to learn and perform complex, repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Solid understanding of sales, margins, and the ability to interpret P&L statements.
