Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly flexible Sales Assistant to join our team in Barrow In Furness. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of call for customers and will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Engage with customers, building relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored recommendations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
Contribute to visual merchandising, maintaining a high standard of store appearance.
Requirements:
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Demonstrates a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve store goals.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with strong communication skills.
