Contracted Hours: 2 opportunities with 29 Hours & 14 Hours respectively.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Palmerston North store. If you’re passionate about customer service and love working in retail fashion, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
Postie is a fast-paced fashion retailer where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers look and feel their best.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Store Operations: Assist with daily tasks including POS operation, merchandising, and inventory management
Visual Merchandising: Help present the store and stock to a consistently high standard
Safety & Compliance: Work to 100% health and safety compliance to ensure a safe and happy environment
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate speed and accuracy when processing stock and completing store tasks
To be successful in this role you will have-
Previous experience in customer service - ideally within a retail environment
Great team player attitude
Flexibility with your availability - we're looking for people who are able to work weekends, some evenings, and occasional public holidays
Have attention to detail and speed with processing stock.
Work to 100% health and safety compliance to ensure a happy and safe environment
