Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales revenue. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a B2B sales environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Find customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Visit Other Stores, build relationships, bring orders tot he store
- Build the wholesales business processess
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Upsell additional products or accessories to customers
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred especially a home improvement store
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and invoice creation
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell products and effectively communicate product features to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales orders
