Job Summary

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Educate customers on hemp wellness products, including benefits, usage, and proper application through engaging product demos
Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs, upselling when appropriate to enhance their wellness journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations
Manage merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting
Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with product stocking to maintain optimal availability
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
Support supervising team members when needed and contribute to a collaborative retail environment
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage diverse customers
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base
Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail math is beneficial
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with health & wellness products is advantageous
Must be energetic, proactive, and passionate about promoting wellness solutions
