The Fundamental Responsibilities Of This Role Include
Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers
Buyer management
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Database management
Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Sales experience in some capacity
Strong ability to build relationships with all types of clients
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines
Real Estate Sales License & a current driver's license
What you'll get in return
$65,000 plus super, plus generous commission split
