Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Associate / Store Coordinator who is bilingual in Polish and English to join our vibrant team in Chicago. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service while managing key daily operations. We are looking for a "multitasker" who feels comfortable both behind a computer handling international correspondence and hosting our community events. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service: Opening the store, handling in-person transactions, and managing sales inquiries via phone with professionalism and high energy.
Administrative Support: Managing company email correspondence (responding to inquiries, tracking orders) and ensuring all essential price lists and marketing materials are updated and printed.
International Coordination: Participating in meetings and maintaining regular contact with our headquarters in Poland. (Professional proficiency in Polish is a significant asset here).
Event Hosting: Leading and supervising our popular "Game Nights" on Friday and Saturday evenings—ensuring a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
Store Operations: Maintaining store presentation, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Requirements & Experience
Bilingual Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (written and spoken) to effectively serve local customers and coordinate with our Polish office.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with email management, basic office software, and operating printing equipment.
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or office administration is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Availability: Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings for our scheduled events.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive impact on our community.
