We are looking for a Sales Back Office Executive from the jewellery industry who can manage dispatch and client coordination. The candidate must have experience working on Gati software for shipment tracking and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales orders and dispatch.
Track shipments through Gati software.
Maintain Excel reports and client follow-ups.
Prepare invoices and dispatch documents.
Communicate with clients and internal teams for order updates.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in jewellery back-office / sales coordination.
Knowledge of Gati software is mandatory.
Good communication and Excel skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
