AD-venture Media is a growing advertisement-tech company based in Nashik, transforming the way local businesses advertise. We’ve partnered with GoGreen Cabs to install digital screens inside vehicles, providing an innovative platform for dynamic, in-transit advertising. Our mission is to empower local brands with smart, high-visibility digital campaigns that reach real people—on the move.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Backend Operations Executive to join our core team. This hybrid role involves client-facing sales responsibilities along with backend support to ensure seamless delivery and monitoring of ad content across our digital screens.
Key Responsibilities
???? Sales & Client Relations
• Identify potential clients and approach businesses to pitch advertising opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate ad campaign execution, collect creatives, and track delivery.
• Maintain a database of leads, clients, and follow-ups.
???? Backend Operations & Device Monitoring
• Monitor digital screens installed in cabs using remote management tools (e.g., SureMDM).
• Ensure devices are charged, turned on, and running scheduled content.
• Troubleshoot minor issues remotely or coordinate with drivers/technicians for physical support.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs of screen status and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with field staff and drivers for smooth operational flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic understanding of Android-based devices and remote management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sales and coordination.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable with on-ground follow-ups and occasional field visits within Nashik.
• Prior experience in sales, operations, or media is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 based on experience.
