Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and act as a trusted advisor.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and support business growth.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, forecasts, and results to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the product industry.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
