Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution.
• Active front-end selling and cross-selling of our app development services to potential clients over the platform.
• Understand the company requirements and learn the app development process for better approach to the clients.
• Analyze, research, recommend and implement sales/lead processes and systems.
• Working on software solutions that help achieve leads and track their progress too.
• Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks.
• Cold and Hot calling or emailing clients to close deals.
• Maintain regular contact and follow ups with clients to gain deeper understanding of their needs & concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent written and Oral English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven work experience in sales or BDE for at least 1 year.
• Has a proven work record with sales Lead/CRM software like Sales Navigator, LeadSquared, prospecting tools, and other essential tools for BDE.
• Must be an active listener and have a professional attitude.
• Active learning skills and strategic mindset to close leads.
• Valid degree in engineering, business, management, commerce or any related area is preferred.
Salary range: ~30k/month, can negotiate based on skills and experience
