Who would suit this role?
Overall, a successful car sales consultant is someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, a customer-centric approach, and a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work as part of a team!
What does this role entail?
Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
Some knowledge in valuing/purchasing vehicles would be preferred;
Schedule test drives for customers
Maintain vehicle presentation
Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience
Stay positive under pressure
Drive to exceed sales targets
What do we need from you?
The ability to work both weekend days
A good knowledge of cars
Previous experience in sales
Confidence interacting and negotiating with people
Results focused and target driven
Strong verbal and written command of the English language
A full drivers’ licence and the ability to drive manual cars
