You’ll be part of a structured, high-volume operation that runs on process, data, and professionalism. We invest in training, we use cutting-edge systems, and we expect our sales team to operate at a high level.
You’re here to guide customers, build trust, and create long-term relationships, not just push a deal across the desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping customers navigate vehicle selection, pricing, and ownership options
Managing showroom, phone, and digital leads using modern sales technology
Following a proven sales process that protects the customer experience and your reputation
Building a personal client base that drives repeat and referral business
Representing the Country Hills Ford brand with confidence, clarity, and integrity
