• Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and data entry.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for customers and handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
• Order Management: Process sales orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and monitor key sales data.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in CRM databases.
• Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings, product demos, and presentations for the sales team.
• Follow-Up: Assist with follow-up communication for leads, quotes, and proposals.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and track stock levels.
• Documentation: Prepare sales-related documentation such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes.
