Role: Sales Coordinator
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Education:Graduates
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Reporting to: Senior Sales Coordinator
Role:
Customer relations – be in touch with customers on a regular basis
Prepare Invoices, dispatch orders, sales orders
Prepare shipment documentation
Coordinate with factory about dispatch planning and status for received orders
Handle customer query regarding dispatches
Send customer shipment details
Coordinate with transporter and shipping lines
Get monthly freight rates from forwarders
Ensure each container loaded is checked against guidelines
Execute all back end sales work
Must take full responsibility of ensuring orders are executed on time
Inform HOD about delays in dispatches, transporter issues, etc
Maintain monthly order reports
Update HOD about drip in sales or no order received
Send regular updates to HOD regarding pending orders
Ensure orders are dispatched within the same month
Send customers prices when required
Maintain and store TDS and MSDS of all products
Ensure samples are sent to customer
Regular follow up with customer for sample feedback, service and collection
Ensure collection is done on time
Qualities:
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent email etiquette
Must be able to handle customer requests and concerns swiftly
Passionate and exciting
Should know which task to prioritise and take up on urgency
Well-spoken and well read
Team player
Should be able to handle work pressure if it exceeds beyond their given work profile
Willingness to take up colleagues work with full enthusiasm in their absence
