Jade Homes has been building Ready-To-Move (RTM) homes since 1998. Based in Bow Island, Alberta, we are known across Western Canada for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a personalized customer experience.
We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in home sales. Experience is helpful — but character, coachability, and work ethic matter most.
Training is provided.
What You'll Do
As our Sales Associate, you will help guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives — building a home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trades
Generating new leads through networking and marketing efforts
Meeting with customers and conducting home walk-throughs
Working one-on-one with clients to design functional and creative home plans
Coordinating with our design and production team
Supporting clients from first conversation through project completion
You will be responsible for managing your time, following up consistently, and representing Jade Homes with professionalism and integrity.
