Sales Development Executive
Clickbox Creative digital Marketing Agency, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business leads and generate revenue through sales activities such as prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Understand clients' needs and propose effective digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Create and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals within the defined timelines
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development in the digital marketing industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand clients' business objectives and propose effective digital marketing solutions
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluency in English is mandatory
