Sales Development Representative:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our company.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and research to generate new sales opportunities.
Identify potential customers in target industries and markets by conducting thorough research.
Use Hubspot to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
Understand and articulate the value proposition of SPINX Digital's website development services to prospects.
Relationship Building and Qualification:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects through regular communication and engagement.
Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and business requirements.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as sales opportunities.
Collaborate with sales executives to facilitate smooth transitions from lead generation to sales closure.
Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and manage it effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prioritize and follow up on leads promptly, ensuring regular communication and progress tracking.
Provide detailed and accurate reports to the sales manager, highlighting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Identify areas for improvement in the lead-generation process and suggest strategies for refinement.
Communication and Collaboration:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, email, and other channels to engage prospects effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing valuable insights and providing updates on lead progress.
Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives, ensuring smooth handovers.
Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of Five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage prospects and convey product benefits effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
Motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment, with a desire to advance within a sales organization.
Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, to manage leads and track sales activities.
Preferred:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
